How does the expectations panel work?

Before the start of a learning path or course, employees access a dashboard integrated with the LXP and LMS platform, where they can register their expectations regarding the content, applicability, format or any other aspect of the training.

After completion, the same panel is reactivated to capture updated perceptions – which creates a comparison between expectation and reality.
