The feature allows you to send invitations directly from the LXP LMS platform, with all the information about the training: date, time, place and directions. Participants confirm their attendance with one click, and the T&D team follows everything in real time.
If the limit of places is reached, the system automatically activates the waiting list, ensuring organization and control over new tickets when there are dropouts.
Instructors can register attendance in two ways:
Manual, directly in the system
Via QR Code, allowing the participant to check-in by scanning the code with their cell phone
